• The deadline for registration is 1 April 2010.
• Late registrations will be accommodated only if space is available.
• Fees for Youth Exchange Students are to be paid by hosting clubs.
• Please complete a separate form for each GSE member, Youth Exchange Student, Interact or Rotaract Member.
• Accommodation is excluded from the registration arrangements. Please see the registration form for more information.
• No registration can be processed without proof of the full fee having been paid.
• Your reservation will be confirmed by email or fax within 14 working days of receipt of your registration form and payment.

What You Should Do To Register
Send your completed registration form with proof of payment (copy of bank deposit slip) to the address below to reach us before 1 April 2010 to qualify for the discounted rate. We kindly request that you complete all details on the registration form and that you then follow one of these three steps (fax, email or mail):

• Fax your completed registration form (pages 1 & 2) together with proof of payment to +27 (0)13 758 1857; or
• Email your completed registration form (pages 1 & 2) together with proof of payment to rwagner@soft.co.za ; or
• Mail your completed registration form (pages 1 & 2) together with your cheque or proof of payment to District Conference, PO Box 1867, White River 1240.
